Alicia Waggoner
Executive Chef
Alicia Waggoner is the chef at Fresh Mediterranean Market at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort. Chef Wagonner’s creativity in the kitchen has resulted in the creation of an innovative restaurant menu, rich in Mediterranean flavors and tastes.
Wagonner first joined the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort as a banquet chef and sous chef at Garden Grove, specializing in traditional American cuisine.
Waggoner’s combined experience in food management, production, preparation and restaurant management has afforded her a broad perspective and molded her into a well-rounded culinary professional.
