Il Mulino New York Trattoria Chef
Tyler Simmons is the chef at Il Mulino New York Trattoria at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotel. He oversees the daily culinary operations of the restaurant and creates menus and specials. The restaurant features rich Italian creations including wood-fired pizzas, fresh fish, chicken, pastas and meats which all burst with hearty blends of seasonal ingredients drawn from the Abruzzi region of Italy.
Simmons has been with the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotel for more than six years, working in several of the property’s 17 restaurants and lounges including Todd English’s bluezoo as well as in the banquet kitchen. Prior to being named Il Mulino New York Trattoria chef, Simmons served as the restaurant’s sous chef.
